Call center representatives make and answer phone calls and respond to caller inquiries about appointments or general organizational information. Call center representatives schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales Team to demonstrate our products in potential customer’s homes. They will identify requests and qualify the meeting with the client. Call center representatives must be able to persuade potential clients, handle multiple tasks, and deal with tough situations with professional composure at all times. Training will be provided.
Our call center works together in a team atmosphere during their shifts. They learn from each other and have friendly competition with team contests and prizes.
Responsibilities:
- Fielding inbound & outbound phone calls
- Transferring calls to appropriate team members
- Setting in-home estimates with homeowners

Qualifications:
- Customer Service or Call Center Experience Preferred but not necessary
- Able to pass a background Check
- Excellent persuasive skills
- Basic computing skills
- Reliable Transportation
